Process

• your need

  You provide us with a detailed description of the product you are looking for (material, size, finishing, color, quantity,...) accompanied by appropriate photos or an existing model.

• the supplier

  We identify in our suppliers network the most adequate supplier in terms of quality , price and production lead time. If need be we search for an alternative qualified manufacturer for your product.

• the quotation

  We will send you a quote that includes a description of your needs (products, specification, price, lead time, sales terms, payment terms ...). After receipt of confirmation by you that the quotation terms are acceptable:

  - Approval by you of the sample

  - Receipt of your order

  - Commencement of production

• the production

  All along the production process we stay in close collaboration with the manufacturer to answer any questions, following through the production process allows us to anticipate any potential problem.

• the quality control

  We inspect the goods on site to assure conformity to the terms of the contract (specifications, quantity, quality, packing, shipping marks...)

  Quality control is done by sampling. To ensure the representatitivity of the sampling goods are chosen randomly. If the pieces are conform to specifications and are of the required quality, goods are authorized for shipping. In case of a defective sample we take a second sample. For small productions or if each piece is made by hand we inspect each piece produced. All defects can be identitified on a piece per piece basis.

  In case some pices are rejected they are corrected or re-done .Then the piece is examined for another quality control .If conformity to specifications and quality are satisfactory goods are allowed for shipping. Failing the defectives parts are redo again and checked.

• the logistic

  In each of the activities of Access control time and costs is paramount and is a guarantee of security and confidence for customers.

  In conjunction with the local freight forwarding, we determine the delivery of goods at the port, rotations and departures.
