  • Why do I need Access for my purchases? can’t I look on my own and deal direct with the manufacturer?

    Sure you can but .. Be ready. You may be surprised when you receive your order. With Acess you will save time, money and, you will be assured to get what your ordered. We select for you the adequate manufacturer, put in place contractual relation, ensure the security of transactions, do on site production

    follow up and quality control without which all orders are hazards.

  • Which product can I ask to Access?

    We seek any hotel product (not food).The search is free of charge and with no obligation of purchase.

  • Do you have a catalogue?

    We are a sourcing company and not a products distributor.

    The products we source are not limited. To avoid any limitation we do not have a catalogue but we can propose

    differents modeles for the products you need.

  • Do I need to order a minimun quantity?

    Its depends on each article. We try our best to minimize this minimum quantity. However volume is a key factor. More important is the higher the volume the greater the corresponding savings.

  • Can Access supply a custom product and personnalize it?

    Absolutely. We can fit the requirements of each client.

  • When and how do I confirm my order?

    After you accept the sample and after examination and satisfaction by us of the manufactured samples in accordance with the order you will be asked to confirm the order and a deposit will be requited with the balance of payment due prior to the shipping date.

  • Can I work with my usual carrier?

    Absolutely. If you don’t have any carrier we can introduce you.

  • Are shipping prices included in your quotation?

    Depending on your needs and your requests, our quote are either FOB (Fret on board =shipping cost excluded) ou

    CIF (shipping included / local taxes and fees at destination excluded).

  • Are taxes, custom fees included in your quotation?

    Most of our quote are either FOB or CIF not including local taxes at destination.

  • Who takes care of the custom clearance at port of destination?

    The local carrierr (your carrieror the one we choose) takes care of custom cleareance and delivery.

  • Does Access receive commissions from the manufacturers?

    No! Access is an independant company with no link with the factories .We are free to consult with whom we want to

    obtain the best product at the best price and provide you with the best service.
